Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, August 2025 – Amanda Alexandria Dannica has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources Department at IDEAL Indonesia, where she will oversee performance evaluation systems, recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. In her role, she will play a pivotal part in strengthening collaboration, ensuring HR compliance, and enhancing organizational culture to support IDEAL Indonesia’s mission of empowering youth through education and leadership development.
Amanda currently also serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at PT Osindo Bahagia Bersama, where she collaborates with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development. Alongside this role, she works as a Human Resources Recruiter, driving sourcing strategies, talent acquisition, and employee relations initiatives while ensuring workplace compliance and positive culture-building.
Previously, Amanda was a Mentee at WEWAW Indonesia (Women Empower Women At Work), where she gained valuable exposure to leadership mentoring and career development programs supporting young Indonesian women in the workplace.
Earlier, she spent six years with Sansan Saudaratex Jaya, PT, managing compliance with Indonesian labor laws, employee benefits registration, corporate policy development, and workplace conduct. This long tenure honed her expertise in HR compliance, labor relations, and employee support.
Amanda began her career as an Administrative Assistant Intern at Telkom Indonesia, where she gained foundational experience in organizational processes, administrative operations, and cross-functional coordination.
