North Carolina, United States – November 2024 – Amber Harrer has taken on the role of Vice President of Talent Management at Relias. In this role, Amber will lead talent development initiatives across the organization, overseeing strategies in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development to foster growth within Relias’ workforce.
Amber has been with Relias for over 12 years, showcasing a progressive career in talent and organizational development. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Global Human Resources, where she focused on creating impactful training and leadership programs, employee recognition strategies, and enhancing employee engagement company-wide. Prior to this, Amber was Director of Learning and Development, where she launched high-potential leadership programs and managed a variety of internal training initiatives.
Before joining Relias, Amber contributed to the healthcare and fitness industries, gaining experience in roles at Life Time Fitness and other organizations. Her extensive experience in talent management, combined with her strong focus on competency and career development, positions her well to drive the talent initiatives at Relias.
