In this strategic position, Ambrish will lead revenue strategy, operational excellence, business expansion, and customer growth initiatives across India and key global markets, supporting the company’s continued leadership in advanced cybersecurity solutions, managed services, and IT risk advisory.
With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning cybersecurity, SaaS, global alliances, and revenue transformation across India, APAC, the Middle East, and the United States, Ambrish brings a proven track record in scaling technology businesses, building high-performance teams, and accelerating go-to-market success for growth-stage and enterprise technology environments.
Before stepping into his new mandate at Meta Infotech Limited, Ambrish Deshpande served as a Strategic Advisor to various startups, supporting GTM readiness, scaling models, founder advisory, and strategic initiatives across India and the UAE. His contributions during this phase strengthened early-stage organizations in product-market fit, strategic sales planning, and scaling operations.
Prior to this advisory role, he played a pivotal part as Co-Founder and COO at Stack Identity (acquired by JumpCloud), where he led global go-to-market execution, customer acquisition, operational scaling, and business model growth across the United States and India. His leadership played a major role in achieving product-market traction, securing enterprise clients, generating early ARR, and building a scalable engineering foundation.
Earlier, Ambrish served as Senior Director at Netskope, leading channel and partner ecosystem expansion across APAC while establishing a strong footprint across India, Southeast Asia, and China. His work advancing strategic alliances with global and regional partners enabled significant milestone-based growth.
Before Netskope, he held a leadership role as Senior Director Sales at Symantec, where he drove global strategic alliances and expanded enterprise-level cybersecurity adoption across India, APAC, and North America through ecosystem partnerships, global solution providers, and CXO-level engagement.
Prior to Symantec, Ambrish held senior business and leadership roles at Blue Coat Systems, where he acted as Managing Director – Enterprise Sales and later as Director for APAC, building business scale, distribution networks, and recurring revenue engines. During this period, he accelerated revenue growth, expanded enterprise relationships, and strengthened the partner ecosystem across India and the region.
Before joining Blue Coat Systems, Ambrish was associated with McAfee, Cisco (IronPort Business Unit) and prior to that, led commercial roles including Mid-Market and Channel Sales Director at Symantec for India & SAARC, building his early foundation in cybersecurity operations, GTM strategy, customer relationships, and multi-market sales leadership.
Ambrish began his career in consumer and product-led organizations including Onida and Samsonite, building early experience in product management, sales strategy, and business growth — laying the foundation for his transition into enterprise cybersecurity and technology leadership. He holds a PGDBA in Marketing from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
