Delhi, India, June 2024 – Amit Bhatia has joined Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India Private Limited as the new Head of HR. In his new role, Amit will lead the HR function and drive strategic HR initiatives to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories: Amit served as the Employee Relations Manager from February 2016 to June 2024. He was responsible for consulting and supporting line management and HR teams on employee relations and industrial relations issues for around 8,000 employees across India. His role included managing cohesive employee relations, initiating disciplinary actions, ensuring legal compliance, conducting compliance investigations, and leading preventive actions to mitigate non-compliance risks.
Abbott Healthcare Pvt Ltd: From May 2015 to February 2016, Amit held the position of Chief Manager, Human Resources. He led the Talent Acquisition module for Abbott India’s field business across Northern India. He was responsible for sourcing, hiring, conducting interviews, selection, induction, and handling HR generalist and workplace issues.
Pfizer: Amit worked as an Assistant Manager-HR from April 2007 to June 2011. During his tenure, he facilitated the integration of Vetnex into Pfizer, managed corporate HR functions, formulated and implemented HR policies and procedures, and handled employee life cycle management, induction, orientation, and benefits administration.
Ranbaxy: Amit began his career at Ranbaxy as an Executive – HRIS & Generalist from November 2005 to March 2007. He contributed to the startup and management of HR operations, systems, and programs for the newly separated entity, Vetnex.
Amit’s extensive HR experience demonstrates his capacity for effective and strategic leadership. His appointment is pivotal for Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India Private Limited as the company continues to pursue greater success.
