Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2025 – Amit Madan has been appointed as the Head People & Culture at Emperium Private Limited. In this new role, he will lead the organization’s human capital strategy, focusing on people development, organizational culture, and aligning HR initiatives with Emperium’s vision of creating sustainable communities.
Before joining Emperium, Amit was associated with VThree Consulting as Growth Enabler – Talent & Culture, where he partnered with businesses to drive HR consulting, organizational design, and talent strategies. His work contributed significantly to organizational effectiveness and growth transformation initiatives.
Earlier, Amit served as Vice President – People & Culture at TARC India, where he played a pivotal role in organizational development, change management, and strategic human resources planning within the real estate sector.
Prior to that, Amit spent over five years at Beyond Walls as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where he successfully built and scaled talent acquisition strategies, supporting the organization’s long-term business objectives.
Amit’s career also includes impactful HR leadership roles at Collage Group Infrastructure Private Limited as Head of Human Resources, at BlackRock where he was Head of Human Resources for its Gurugram operations, at HDFC Bank as Human Resources Manager, and at IBM Daksh as Human Resources Lead. Across these positions, he consistently demonstrated expertise in performance management, strategic HR planning, and organizational culture building.
