Hyderabad, Telangana — Amit Sahoo has been announced as the new Vice President, Global Head of HR, Strategy, and Business Operations at Narwal, expanding his leadership to integrate HR objectives with overarching business strategies. This promotion reflects Narwal’s commitment to aligning its talent resources with its growth targets in the US, UK, India, and Canada.
Amit has been with Narwal for over a year, serving as the Global Head of Human Resources since February 2023. In his new role, he will continue to enhance these responsibilities by steering the company’s strategic and business operations. “I’m thrilled to share some big news: my role at Narwal has expanded! Before his tenure at Narwal, Amit was the Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources at Areteans, where he shaped HR strategies impacting multiple global markets. Prior to that, he led the Human Resources and Administration functions at TA Digital, focusing on creating a world-class workplace and fostering talent development.
Earlier, Amit served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Cigniti Technologies, overseeing talent management and engagement for a diverse team spread across several continents. His responsibilities included harmonizing HR policies, enhancing performance management systems, and spearheading employee engagement surveys.
Amit’s career foundation includes significant roles at Capgemini and Tech Mahindra, where he gained extensive experience in HR strategies, change management, and business integration over a span of several years. These experiences have equipped him with the insights and skills necessary to lead Narwal’s HR and operational strategies effectively.
