Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 – ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, a portfolio company of Blackstone, has announced the appointment of Amit Singh as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This strategic move is aligned with ASK’s transformation journey and its vision of reinforcing a high-impact talent strategy while building a future-ready HR framework across its diversified financial services businesses.

In his new role, Amit Singh will be responsible for scaling progressive people practices, accelerating leadership capability, and fostering an agile, high-performance culture across the Group’s operations in India and overseas.

Prior to joining ASK, Amit Singh served for nearly three and a half years as Chief People Officer at PNB Housing Finance Limited, where he led the company’s transformation journey across Human Resources, Corporate Services, and CSR. His leadership was pivotal in reshaping HR operations and embedding a performance-driven culture.

Before this, Singh spent over four years with SBI Mutual Fund as Head of Human Resources, where he drove key people transformation initiatives. Under his HR leadership, the organization achieved significant business milestones including becoming the No. 1 ranked AMC in terms of AUM and receiving GPTW certification for two consecutive years.

Singh’s longest stint was with IDFC Group and IDFC FIRST Bank, where he held various leadership positions over a decade-long tenure. He was instrumental in managing the HR transformation journey during the transition from IDFC to IDFC FIRST Bank. As Director & Business HR Head, he played a key role in talent acquisition and building shared services capabilities. Earlier, as Senior Vice President, he led HR for IDFC’s Mutual Fund and Investment Banking businesses, rolling out impactful initiatives in talent development, productivity, and business partnership.

He began his HR journey with Blue Star Infotech and Tata Consultancy Services, where he gained foundational experience in compensation, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
