India, December 2025 — uEngage has announced the appointment of Amit Vipan Bhalla as Chief Revenue Officer. In his new role, Bhalla will lead uEngage’s revenue, growth and go-to-market strategy, strengthening GMV expansion, lifecycle monetization, loyalty, partnerships and nationwide sales execution for one of India’s most trusted FoodTech and SMB SaaS platforms.
At uEngage, Amit Vipan Bhalla has assumed the role of Chief Revenue Officer, where he leads revenue strategy, GMV growth, loyalty monetization and lifecycle marketing across uEngage’s integrated restaurant technology ecosystem serving 10,000+ outlets across India.
Previously, at Logo Infosoft, Bhalla served as National Sales Head, spearheading the nationwide launch of a leading SaaS platform for digital invoicing and inventory management. He onboarded 50,000+ merchants within a year, built and scaled high-performance sales teams, optimized P&L and executed data-driven go-to-market strategies that drove rapid adoption and revenue growth.
Prior to this, at mBnk, he served as Chief Sales Marketing Officer, leading pan-India retail financial services, SME lending, POS, remittance and micro-ATM distribution ecosystems. Under his leadership, mBnk scaled to serve 1.2 million retailers, achieved daily processing volumes of INR 50 crores and established anchor-led supply chain finance leadership nationwide.
Earlier, at Arab Financial Services (Decimal Factor, Bahrain), Bhalla served as Managing Director, building profitable SME finance operations across UK and US markets, delivering funded deals of £2 million and strengthening cross-sell and business development frameworks.
Before that, at MoneyOnMobile, he held the role of Senior Vice President, leading nationwide distribution, SME lending and merchant ecosystems, scaling annual processing volumes from INR 200 crores to INR 2,000 crores.
His earlier career spans leadership roles at Videocon Telecommunications, Oxigen Services, Reliance Communications, Forest Hill Golf & Country Club, and Hotel North Park (Hotmillions Group), where he built deep expertise across telecom, payments, hospitality and enterprise sales leadership.
Bhalla completed the Executive Senior Management Program at Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Postgraduate Executive Programme in FinTech, AI/ML, Data Science & Blockchain from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
