California, United States, August 2025 – Ammye Clifton has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Holding Hands Pediatric Therapy & Adult Services. In her new role, she will spearhead the human capital strategy for the organization, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to strengthen service delivery and support growth. With deep expertise in culture transformation, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and HR compliance, Ammye will play a pivotal role in fostering a connected and empowered workforce.
Before joining Holding Hands, Ammye served as Head of People at Apex Service Partners for nearly three years. There, she established the HR function from the ground up, managed HR operations for more than 1,700 employees across 24 sites, and successfully led the HR integration of 10 acquired businesses—contributing to a remarkable 247% year-over-year regional growth.
Earlier, Ammye was Executive Director of Human Resources at Turf Distributors, where she led the HR function across seven entities. She drove strategic improvements that increased operational efficiency by 15% while ensuring compliance with complex regulations.
She also held the role of Regional Manager, Human Resource Business Partners at Wellpath, providing HR leadership across the West Coast. In this role, she successfully managed union relations, led collective bargaining negotiations, and enhanced workforce engagement in clinical operations.
Previously, at The Adecco Group, Ammye managed a team of more than 30 HR operations specialists supporting global clients such as Google and Amazon. She built the East Coast Operations Support Services Hub, overseeing hiring and payroll for 10,000+ employees. Her early career at Starbucks saw her managing district operations, where she focused on hiring, training, performance management, payroll, and customer satisfaction initiatives, in addition to overseeing new store builds.
