Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2025 – Amrick M. has stepped into a new leadership role as Group Head HR Digitisation, People & Organisation at PureHealth, where he will spearhead the transformation of HR into a digitally enabled, AI-powered function across the enterprise. In this role, Amrick will lead the design and execution of a future-ready digital HR strategy, aligned with executive leadership priorities, to accelerate operational efficiency, enhance employee experience, and scale innovation.
Prior to joining PureHealth, Amrick served as Group Head of Digital HR & People Analytics at Al-Futtaim, where he led multiple strategic initiatives to enhance digital maturity across a diversified group. His efforts in establishing data stewardship frameworks and driving enterprise-wide people analytics were key to HR’s transformation at scale.
Before Al-Futtaim, Amrick was Global Director of HR Technology, Innovation & Analytics at Colt Technology Services, where he helped evolve global people technology capabilities and implemented scalable HR solutions to support business agility. His work focused on embedding innovation and actionable insights across HR operations.
Earlier, Amrick held senior roles at SITA and EBRD, where he directed global HR reporting and analytics programs, and modernized systems to deliver impactful talent and workforce insights. His foundation in HR technology leadership was built through impactful assignments at Morgan Stanley, BP, Xerox, Hasbro, and British Gas, where he delivered HRIS and analytics transformations across diverse industries and geographies.
