Brampton, Ontario, Canada, September 2025 – Amrinder Kaur has started a new role as Director, People & Culture at Export Packers Company Limited. In this position, Kaur will steer people strategy across the company’s diversified food businesses, strengthening talent, culture, engagement, and HR operations to support sustainable growth.
At Export Packers Company Limited, Kaur most recently served as Senior Manager, People & Culture, partnering with business leaders to elevate people programs and build scalable HR processes across a hybrid workforce.
Previously, Kaur was Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Innovations at TravelBrands Inc., where Kaur led change initiatives including a new HR/payroll platform launch, modernized policies across multiple locations, and advanced data-driven talent practices for a 1,000+ employee base.
Before that, Kaur led People Operations for Clear Summit Group, implementing HRIS, introducing employee NPS, and coaching managers across several group companies.
Earlier, at Innovaccer, Kaur helped establish the HR foundation during rapid scale-up, tripled headcount efficiently, reduced attrition, and formalized assessment and interview processes to improve hiring outcomes.
Kaur’s earlier career includes progressive HR roles with SVG Media, an internship at Steel Authority of India Limited, and an early technical consulting stint with Infosys. Kaur holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Amity University.
