Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, November 2025 — Regal Rexnord, a global leader in sustainable motion control and power transmission solutions, has announced that Amy (Bultman) Leahy has taken on an expanded position as Senior Director, Human Resources – Industrial Powertrain Commercial and Segment Functions. This expanded role marks a significant progression in Amy’s career journey with the organization, further strengthening the company’s HR leadership capabilities across its Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) business.
In her enhanced capacity, Amy will continue to oversee HR strategy and execution for Regal Rexnord’s Industrial Powertrain Solutions segment, now with added responsibility for commercial and segment-level functions. She partners with multiple executive leaders, driving global HR processes in talent management, performance, compensation, and organizational development. Her focus remains on aligning HR initiatives with business strategy, fostering employee engagement, and advancing a culture of continuous improvement across the segment’s global operations.
Amy’s tenure at Regal Rexnord has been marked by progressive leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, Human Resources, Industrial Powertrain Solutions – Segment Functions, where she led HR for central headquarters functions including finance, supply chain, digital solutions, and continuous improvement. Prior to that, as Senior Director, Human Resources – Couplings Division, Amy was responsible for an extensive global manufacturing footprint spanning 13 sites across the U.S., Europe, India, and China, leading over 2,100 associates and a diverse HR team of 20+. She successfully led the integration of the legacy Altra Motion division into the Regal Rexnord Energy division and spearheaded several global talent, engagement, and performance initiatives.
Earlier at Regal Rexnord, she held the position of Human Resources Director, Motion Control Solutions, where she provided HR leadership for the Energy division’s 1,900 associates worldwide. Her global scope, strategic mindset, and operational expertise have made her a key architect of Regal Rexnord’s people and performance frameworks.
Before joining Regal Rexnord, Amy held senior HR leadership roles at SC Johnson & Son, Diversey, Johnson Polymer, and Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Milwaukee. Over the course of her distinguished career, she has built a strong legacy of leading global transformations, driving workforce engagement, overseeing large-scale integrations, and developing inclusive talent pipelines that support sustainable business growth.
