In her new role, Maya will lead the human resources and talent strategy for Mentee Robotics, focusing on attracting top-tier technology talent, nurturing a high-performance culture, and aligning people initiatives with the company’s mission to redefine the boundaries of robotics and AI. She will also oversee global recruitment operations, HR policy development, and leadership enablement, ensuring that the organization continues to grow with innovation and excellence at its core.
Maya brings rich experience in HR management and technical recruitment, with a strong record of driving end-to-end hiring, talent strategy, and employee engagement across fast-evolving technology sectors. Before joining Mentee Robotics, she served as an R&D Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary Project) at Check Point Software, where she managed full-cycle recruitment for software, DevOps, and research positions, partnering closely with engineering leaders to design efficient hiring processes and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Earlier, she served as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aman Group, where she led recruitment for roles across software, hardware, cybersecurity, IT, and DevOps, strengthening the company’s technical hiring frameworks. Prior to that, at Ethosia, Maya played a key role in sourcing and recruiting for a range of roles spanning hardware, marketing, sales, and project management — refining her ability to match specialized talent to business-critical needs.
Maya’s early professional experience includes roles at Yoel Geva, where she honed her interpersonal and consulting skills in a sales environment, and at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, where she worked as a Military Analyst, contributing to data-driven insights and strategic operations. Her diverse background reflects a strong foundation in analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and human capital strategy.
