Boston, Massachusetts, United States, November 2025 – IntePros, a leading technology and business services consulting agency, has announced the appointment of Amy C. as Vice President of People. In this role, Amy will lead the company’s unified strategy across Learning & Development, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Culture, fostering a high-performance environment that reflects IntePros’ values of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
Amy brings nearly 30 years of staffing industry experience, combining expertise in learning and development, recruitment strategy, and people operations. Over the past seven months, she has partnered with IntePros in a consulting capacity—designing training programs, mentoring leaders, and enhancing learning infrastructure. Now, as a full-time member of the executive team, Amy will expand her focus to drive talent excellence and cultural growth across the organization.
Before returning to IntePros in this leadership role, Amy served as Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Eliassen Group, where she led a team of five professionals overseeing company-wide learning strategies. She created the firm’s first mentorship program involving 80+ participants annually, designed a fully virtual six-week onboarding program for nationwide recruits, and directed the rollout of Bullhorn for Salesforce (BH4SF), supporting over 700 employees.
Earlier, Amy was Director of Recruiting at Power-4, where she shaped recruitment strategies for startups and Fortune 500 companies across the U.S., delivering customized talent acquisition solutions. She also worked with the Natick Service Council as Director of Career Services, helping under-served citizens build employability and career skills through community-based initiatives.
Amy previously held multiple roles at IntePros Consulting, including Director of Recruiting and Director of Training & Marketing, where she developed recruitment frameworks and training programs that strengthened the company’s talent ecosystem. Her early career includes leadership positions with Overture Partners and The Registry, Inc., where she refined her expertise in technical recruiting, team leadership, and business consulting.
In 2025, Amy launched AMC Career Services, her independent venture specializing in coaching and mentoring professionals and companies in team development and performance optimization—experience she now brings back to IntePros at a strategic level.
