Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, November 2025 – Zen by Qualcode has announced the appointment of Swarna Chandrasekar as the new Head People & Culture, marking an important step in strengthening the organisation’s people-first foundation. Swarna’s most recent experience was as an Associate Consultant at Saaki, Argus and Averil Consulting, where she spent over two years supporting end-to-end recruitment, talent evaluation, client engagement, and consulting assignments. Her work allowed her to develop a strong understanding of organisational needs, stakeholder relations, and people ecosystem dynamics—skills she now brings to her leadership role at Zen by Qualcode.

Before that, Swarna gained early exposure to financial and analytical functions as a Financial Research Analyst Intern at Dun & Bradstreet, where she worked on industry and company data analysis. This role strengthened her analytical thinking and business understanding, contributing to her holistic approach to people and culture.

Swarna also interned with EPK Group as a Human Resources Assistant, where she supported HR operations and collaborated on a live marketing project. The experience helped her build foundational capabilities in HR processes and cross-functional coordination.

Her journey began with internships at Saaki, Argus and Averil Consulting as a Human Resources Recruiter, where she worked extensively with applicant tracking systems and skill development initiatives. These early experiences shaped her interest in HR and set the base for her career in people functions.

Swarna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Natesan Institute of Cooperative Management, equipping her with strong academic grounding in management and organisational dynamics—knowledge she continues to apply in her leadership journey.
