Prior to joining SmartBear, Amy Cohn held the position of Chief People Officer at Allego from January 2022 to April 2024, where she led the human resources strategy for a management services organization focused on otolaryngology practices. Her role involved significant contributions to workforce development and strategic HR initiatives, aligning them closely with broader corporate goals.
From November 2020 to May 2021, Cohn was involved with Privitar as Chief People Officer, where her efforts were critical in steering the company’s people strategy amid its rapid growth and expansion. Her strategies primarily focused on integrating robust learning and development programs across various departments, enhancing both employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Cohn’s extensive background also includes her tenure at Quickbase, where she served as Chief People Officer from April 2019 until October 2021. Before that, she was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the same company, from February 2016 to April 2019. Her role involved overseeing the HR functions across multiple facets of the business, particularly focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and the development of strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
Earlier in her career, Amy Cohn worked as Vice President of Human Resources at Localytics, where she played a key role in scaling the organization and enhancing its reputation as a leader in mobile and web app analytics. This role also capitalized on her ability to manage and integrate complex HR functions effectively.
