Earlier in her career, Doram held multiple roles at AkzoNobel, serving as Global Learning and Development Manager and UK&I Business Partner. Her expertise in leadership development, talent strategy, and workforce planning was instrumental in shaping organizational growth and transformation.
Doram’s career also includes HR leadership roles at Capita, O2 (Telefónica UK), and Pentagon Group, where she successfully led talent acquisition, employee engagement, and cultural change projects. With her extensive experience in people strategy and organizational development, she is well-positioned to enhance Powerstar’s workforce capabilities and people-first initiatives.
