As the Foundation’s first-ever Director in this function, Amy will report directly to the CEO, guiding people strategy and organizational effectiveness across the mission-driven healthcare philanthropy space. She will spearhead initiatives across performance management, total rewards, DEI integration, leadership development, and workforce analytics—all with the goal of cultivating a high-performance, values-based culture that supports the Foundation’s vision of enhancing pediatric healthcare.

Prior to joining CHEO Foundation, Amy served as Director, People, Culture and Diversity at Nature United, where she was part of the executive leadership team and led human resources, diversity and inclusion, and Indigenous Right Relations. Under her leadership, the organization experienced rapid growth and a 10% increase in employee engagement.
