Prior to joining Performant Corp, Amy Heerdt served at Nationwide Insurance for nearly 19 years, where she held several leadership positions, including AVP, Human Resources, Sr. Director, Human Resources, and Sr. Director, HR Regional Operations. Her responsibilities spanned strategic workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership consulting across critical enterprise units like Marketing, Innovation, and Field Operations.

Before her impactful tenure at Nationwide, Amy was Human Resources Manager at Synoran, where she oversaw corporate governance and human resources strategy. She began her career in HR at organizations like Information Control Corporation and Mount Carmel Health System, where she honed her expertise in recruiting, orientation programs, and HR operations.

Throughout her career, Amy has been recognized for her deep expertise in HR consulting, employee engagement, talent strategy, and organizational development.
