National, United States, January 2025 – Amy Madden has been appointed as the Chief People & Culture Officer at PRO-spectus, where she will continue leading the company’s transformational strategy in employee experience and leadership development. With her deep expertise in Human Capital Management and Business Transformation, she will focus on driving enterprise-wide HR strategies and innovative workforce initiatives.
Amy Madden has been with PRO-spectus for approximately 18 months, previously serving as Senior Vice President of People & Culture. In this capacity, she led significant HR transformations, including the implementation of the company’s first-ever HR KPI dashboard, a comprehensive performance management system, and a career center. She also introduced leadership mentoring programs and streamlined talent management processes to support the company’s strategic growth.
Before her time at PRO-spectus, Madden was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Business Transformation at Roshal Health for around 2 years, where she spearheaded HR transformation efforts. Her leadership led to a 212% increase in monthly job offers accepted, the development of tiered career paths, and the successful deployment of an advanced onboarding and credentialing platform.
Prior to Roshal Health, she spent approximately 14 years at Sodexo, holding multiple leadership roles. As Senior Director of Business Transformation and Director of HR Business Partnering, she led large-scale organizational change projects, talent development strategies, and workforce transformation initiatives across healthcare and senior care sectors.
Earlier in her career, Madden served as an HR Executive in various roles, including Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager at Sodexo, where she developed diversity and inclusion programs, talent development plans, and organizational transformation strategies across multiple regions.
Throughout her career, she has also contributed to HR thought leadership through advisory roles, including positions at HR.com and ChangeEngine, where she continues to influence best practices in leadership development and employee experience strategies.
