Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain, July 2024 – Ana Garcia Duffy has joined Suntory Global Spirits as the new Vice President HR International. In her new role, she will oversee HR strategies to support the company’s international regions, including Spain, Germany & Northern Europe, India, Global Travel Retail, and Emerging Markets.
Previously, Ana served at Beam Suntory for over 13 years in various HR leadership roles. As the Senior HR Director, Supply Chain, she led HR initiatives for the global supply chain and international manufacturing footprint. She focused on driving high performance, engagement, and diversity.
Ana also held the position of HR Director, International Supply Chain & Manufacturing, where she was responsible for HR operations across South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Her efforts were instrumental in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
Earlier in her career at Beam Suntory, Ana was the Director, International HR Operations, managing HR services and operations across multiple regions. She ensured effective recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with local legal standards.
Before Beam Suntory, Ana worked with Hewlett-Packard and Vodafone in HR roles, gaining valuable experience in resource management and HR generalist functions.
