In this role, Moran will lead the HR organization for the U.S. Market, which includes operations across North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. She is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that empower the company’s people to deliver exceptional value to the business and its customers.

With more than 18 years of combined experience in insurance, operations and human resources leadership, Ana brings extensive expertise in driving organizational excellence. During her 3-year tenure at Foundever, she has successfully led multiple teams across the employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Licensing, Onboarding and Training for North America.
