Paris, Île-de-France, France, September 2024 – Anaïs R. has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Sixense Group, a global leader in infrastructure monitoring and management. In her new role, Anaïs will be responsible for leading the HR strategy and supporting Sixense’s global workforce, helping the company drive operational excellence and innovation.
Prior to joining Sixense, Anaïs served as Director of Human Resources Development at Soletanche Freyssinet, a branch of VINCI, for 5 years. She played a key role in HR strategy, managing worldwide HR projects such as HRIS, learning management systems, mobility, and organization design, while also acting as an HR Business Partner for multiple corporate departments.
Before Soletanche Freyssinet, Anaïs worked as an HR Business Partner at Moody’s Analytics for 1 year, where she managed HR processes for a team of 250 employees across two sites in Paris and Grenoble. Her responsibilities included training management, career development, and talent management.
Earlier in her career, Anaïs spent over 3 years at Faurecia, initially as an HR Business Partner and later as an HR Generalist. She managed HR processes for international IT teams and was responsible for talent acquisition, retention, and organization development across multiple regions, including North and South America.
Anaïs also gained experience at the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore as a Recruitment & HR Consultant, where she supported recruitment processes for a wide range of companies and helped organize HR meetings and training programs for job seekers.
