Bangalore, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Agreya Capital Advisors, a leading investment management and advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Anand Ganesh Kartikeyan as Chief Business Officer. In this leadership role, Anand will spearhead business growth, client acquisition, strategy, and sales and distribution, while expanding the company’s branch and network presence in key markets.
With nearly three decades of experience across corporate and investment banking, business consulting, and leadership development, Anand brings deep expertise in strategic growth, stakeholder management, and client partnerships. His appointment underscores Agreya’s commitment to strengthening its market position through seasoned leadership and a disciplined growth approach.
Prior to joining Agreya Capital Advisors, Anand served as President and Head of Sales at Fundamento, where he led B2B origination for enterprise, fintech, SMB, and startup clients, driving revenue growth through strategic account management and business development initiatives.
He is also the Founder and Managing Partner at Bowstring Consulting LLP, a boutique advisory firm that partners with corporates, family businesses, and start-ups to address leadership challenges, organizational dynamics, and executive capability building. At Bowstring, Anand has worked closely with C-suite leaders and next-generation entrepreneurs to align culture, leadership, and performance strategy.
Earlier in his career, Anand held significant leadership roles in banking, including Head – Corporate Banking South India at IndusInd Bank, where he revitalized the corporate banking platform, achieving over 200% income growth and onboarding 50+ new clients within a year. He also served as Director – Global Banking at HSBC, managing strategic relationships with large conglomerates and enhancing cross-sell of investment and transaction banking solutions.
Anand’s earlier tenures at ICICI Bank UK PLC, ABN AMRO Bank NV, and Deutsche Bank AG helped him build a robust foundation in investment banking, M&A financing, and corporate relationship management. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Symbiosis International University.
