With over two decades of diverse HR leadership experience, Anand has earned a reputation for driving transformational change, fostering high-performance cultures, and creating scalable HR frameworks that significantly enhance business growth. His expertise spans talent management, organizational development and effectiveness, employee engagement, and seamlessly aligning HR strategies with broader business objectives.
Before joining BIBA, Anand held senior HR leadership roles in esteemed organizations such as Lodha Ventures Group, Café Coffee Day Group, Vodafone India, and Aditya Birla Group. In these roles, he was instrumental in shaping organizational culture, driving HR strategies, and serving as a catalyst for business growth.
Anand Jha holds a Postgraduate Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Xavier Institute of Social Service (2001-2003).
