Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, November 2025 — PwC Middle East has announced the appointment of Anas Alajlan as Head of Human Capital – KSA, marking a significant leadership addition to the firm’s regional people strategy. With over a decade of progressive experience across leading Saudi and multinational organizations, Anas brings deep expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, and HR business partnering to his new role.
In his new capacity, Anas will oversee people strategy, organizational development, and leadership capability for PwC’s Saudi Arabia operations. His mandate includes strengthening employee engagement, driving workforce transformation, and aligning PwC’s human capital initiatives with its broader business objectives across the Kingdom.
Before joining PwC, Anas served as Manager, Human Capital Business Partner at SAL Saudi Logistics Services, where he led HR transformation programs that enhanced employee experience and operational efficiency across the logistics value chain. Earlier, at NADEC Foods, he managed HR business partnerships, focusing on performance management, organizational development, and talent retention strategies.
Anas also gained valuable multinational experience at Johnson & Johnson, where he worked as Talent Acquisition Business Partner – KSA, driving employer branding and workforce planning initiatives. His earlier professional journey includes HR leadership roles at Mobily and Almarai, where he managed large-scale recruitment, capability development, and people operations for fast-growing business verticals.
Throughout his career, Anas has demonstrated a strong commitment to building agile, people-centric organizations. His appointment reflects PwC Middle East’s focus on strengthening its human capital leadership in Saudi Arabia and supporting the Kingdom’s ongoing transformation journey under Vision 2030.
