In her new role, Andrea will oversee all human resources operations, focusing on driving employee engagement, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning to align with the company’s goals in the medical device manufacturing sector.
Andrea’s most recent position was as Human Resources Director at Wanner Engineering, Inc., where she successfully implemented HR initiatives that enhanced operational excellence and employee satisfaction. Before that, she served as the HR Director for Power Solutions NA at TT Electronics, where she played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives for over two years.
Andrea spent over 12 years with US LBM, holding various roles including Director of HR Business Partner – Midwest and Learning & Development Partner, where she spearheaded numerous programs in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational culture enhancement. She also gained valuable experience as a Construction Recruiter and HR Assistant at Mid-States Mechanical Services Inc. early in her career.
