New York, United States, March 2025 – Andrea Bondietti has joined Electra USA as Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, she will lead the development of a strategic shared services platform for Electra USA’s affiliated electrical and mechanical construction companies, fostering operational excellence and a cohesive workplace culture.
Before joining Electra USA, Andrea Bondietti served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Eaglestone, where she played a pivotal role in building a centralized HR shared services platform for 14 affiliated construction companies. She spearheaded strategic workforce planning, compliance, and HR transformation initiatives, supporting the company’s growth and successful exits in the private equity space.
Prior to Eaglestone, she held the role of Vice President, Human Resources at IntelliShift, where she worked closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to optimize talent acquisition, compensation structures, and employee engagement strategies. Her leadership resulted in improved retention, increased referral hiring, and enhanced organizational culture.
Her experience also includes a three-year tenure as Vice President, Human Resources at Sandata Technologies, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy, implemented DE&I initiatives, and drove organizational transformation. She also played a crucial role in pandemic response efforts, ensuring business continuity and employee well-being.
Earlier in her career, Andrea Bondietti held HR leadership positions at Blackman Plumbing Supply, PakLab, and PartMiner Worldwide, where she specialized in acquisition integration, workforce development, and HR compliance. With a strong track record of driving strategic HR initiatives, she is well-positioned to contribute to Electra USA’s continued growth and success.
