With a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and business partnerships, Brian is set to play a crucial role in scaling Exact Medicare’s people function to support its expanding services.
Brian joined Exact Medicare as Director, People Operations in August 2024, where he led HR process optimization, talent strategy, and employee experience enhancements. His leadership was instrumental in streamlining HR operations and fostering a people-first culture that aligns with Exact Medicare’s mission of delivering high-quality services.
Before joining Exact Medicare, Brian was Head of Talent Acquisition at Entergy, where he led hiring strategies for a Fortune 500 company supporting over 13,000 employees. He played a key role in enhancing recruitment operations, implementing advanced TA technologies, and improving workforce planning. His tenure at Entergy also included a Director, HR Operations role, where he provided strategic HR leadership across multiple business units.
Prior to that, Brian held several leadership positions at Nationwide, including Director of Talent Acquisition – High Volume and Human Resources Business Partner. During his time at Nationwide, he was responsible for developing high-volume hiring strategies, workforce planning, and optimizing HR policies to drive business success.
Brian’s HR leadership experience spans across multiple industries, including manufacturing and technology. He previously served as Manager, Sales Recruiting at Paycom, Manager, Talent Acquisition at Nucor Corporation, and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at CIRCOR International. His career journey reflects a strong commitment to driving HR excellence, enhancing recruitment processes, and fostering employee engagement.
