Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines, November 2024 – Andrea Dela Casa has joined Thakral One as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In her new role, Andrea will lead talent acquisition strategies, focusing on attracting and retaining top-tier talent to support Thakral One’s growing presence and initiatives across its diverse markets. She brings a wealth of experience in recruitment and talent strategy, aligning closely with the organization’s mission to deliver technology-driven solutions.
Andrea’s career is marked by a history of impactful leadership in talent acquisition. Before joining Thakral One, she founded and served as Managing Partner of The Sure Group, where she developed premier professional licensure review programs aimed at positioning Filipino professionals on the global stage.
Prior to this, Andrea was the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner for Southeast Asia at Xendit, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the fintech unicorn by driving strategic hiring for critical leadership and technical roles across multiple countries, including the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam. She also optimized talent acquisition processes to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Andrea honed her expertise further at Robert Walters Philippines, where she rose to the position of Associate Director. There, she managed large-scale recruitment operations, led multiple teams, and provided talent solutions for industries such as banking, fintech, IT, and life sciences. Her success in recruitment is highlighted by numerous awards, including being a consecutive Global Top Biller.
Andrea’s early career included roles at Manulife and Bank of Makati, where she demonstrated her ability to build and foster relationships, supporting both individual and organizational growth.
