Prior to her new role, Andrea served as Vice President of Human Resources at Momentum Senior Living, where she was instrumental in developing HR policies, managing recruitment and benefits administration, and leading multi-state HR operations. Her leadership played a crucial role in building a strong workforce strategy aligned with the company’s expansion and operational needs.
Before joining Momentum, Andrea held executive HR roles at Mental Health Systems and VirtuALZ, where she specialized in DEI initiatives, organizational culture, and HR compliance in healthcare-focused organizations. Her expertise in talent acquisition and strategy was also evident during her tenure as Executive Director of Human Resources at Inland SoCal United Way, where she worked on employee engagement and HR operations.
Earlier in her career, Andrea held senior HR leadership positions at Generations LLC, Westmont Living, Senior Resource Group, and Elmcroft Senior Living. Across these roles, she gained extensive experience in employee relations, leadership development, workforce planning, and compliance within the healthcare and senior living sectors.
