United Kingdom, March 2025 – Emily Franklin has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Envisage Dental | Certified B Corp™, the UK’s first nationwide B Corp Certified dental group. In this role, Franklin will lead people strategy, talent development, and employee experience initiatives to support the company’s mission of redefining group dentistry with patient-led, values-driven care.
Franklin brings over a decade of experience in HR leadership, talent development, and organizational transformation. Before joining Envisage Dental, she was Head of People at Kaluza, a leading energy technology firm, where she drove leadership development, employee experience, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategies.
Prior to that, she held key HR leadership roles at TSB Bank, UCAS, OVO, and Heywood Pension Technologies, where she led people transformation, policy modernization, and HR business partnering.
With a background that spans executive search, operational leadership, and HR transformation, Franklin’s expertise aligns with Envisage Dental’s commitment to building a values-driven, empowered workforce that supports its expanding network of clinics.
