Montréal, Québec, Canada, June 2024 – Andréane Goulet has been named Specialist Director, Leadership and Talent Management at VIA Rail Canada, starting her new role this month. With a solid background in organizational development and talent management, Andréane brings valuable expertise to her new position.
Andréane has been with VIA Rail Canada for over two years. Before her current role, she served as Senior Advisor, Organizational Development – Talent Management from March 2022 to June 2024. In this role, she led the talent management strategy across the organization, defined and executed the talent review process, deployed a leadership development framework, and was accountable for succession planning and critical knowledge management.
Prior to VIA Rail, Andréane worked at SPI Health and Safety as the Organizational Development Manager from October 2019 to March 2022. She defined and executed the learning and development strategy, led the training team, acted as the change management expert on strategic projects, and oversaw internal communication to maximize employee experience.
Andréane also has extensive experience at adidas, where she held multiple roles. She was a Talent Partner from July 2017 to June 2019, responsible for implementing leadership and people development programs at the headquarters in Germany, developing a go-to-market communication strategy for global talent programs, and advising on talent program activation in Asia-Pacific and Europe. Before that, she served as Human Resources Manager from April 2016 to June 2017 and Human Resources Business Partner from April 2015 to April 2016, focusing on organizational development, competency profiling, learning and development, and HR processes.
Earlier in her career, Andréane was a Human Resources Advisor at Chartwell Retirement Residences from May 2012 to March 2013, a Labor Relation Technician at CSSS de Laval from April 2011 to April 2012, and an HR Technician at Ultramar from September 2010 to March 2011.
