Westchester, Illinois, United States, January 2025 – Andrew Scofield has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Protera, a leader in enterprise cloud management solutions. Andrew’s appointment reflects Protera’s commitment to fostering a people-first culture and driving innovation through strategic leadership in human resources.
Andrew brings a wealth of experience in human resources and people operations to his new role. Prior to becoming Chief People Officer, he served as Vice President of People Operations at Protera for over two years, where he led initiatives in talent development, employee engagement, and organizational strategy.

Before joining Protera, Andrew was Vice President of Human Resources at Coretek Services, where he managed HR functions to support a high-performing workforce and led initiatives that aligned people strategies with business goals.
Andrew spent over a decade at Secure-24, where he held multiple HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Director, Manager of Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. During this time, he managed HR operations for large employee groups, revamped performance management systems, and spearheaded employee retention and culture enhancement programs.
Earlier in his career, Andrew gained experience in HR compliance and process optimization as a Human Resources Generalist and honed his financial acumen as a Staff Accountant.
