Kuwait, April 2025 – Andy Hill has joined Alghanim Industries as Senior Director Talent Management, bringing with him over two decades of global experience in leading talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, Andy will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen Alghanim’s people development agenda, succession pipeline, and integrated talent programs across its vast portfolio of businesses.
Prior to this appointment, Andy Hill served at Philip Morris International for over five years, where he was most recently Head of Talent, Workforce Planning and Career Management. He was responsible for defining global talent strategies, launching inclusive career frameworks, and leading the early careers agenda impacting over 1,500 hires annually.
Before PMI, he spent nearly five years with Sage, where as Executive Vice President Talent, he oversaw global talent management, executive search, learning, and diversity initiatives. He played a key role in organization redesign and succession planning for C-suite roles, and led high-impact programs that promoted emerging leaders and boosted gender diversity across senior roles.
Earlier, Andy held transformative HR leadership roles at Invensys Plc (later acquired by Schneider Electric), where he served as VP Talent Management, Resourcing & Org Effectiveness, and previously led talent management and executive hiring for Vodafone, supporting top executive and graduate programs across UK and Africa.
His early HR career includes leadership roles at Bookham Technology, Caudwell Communications, and Satyam Computer Services, reflecting a robust blend of global HR strategy, M&A integration, and leadership development across Europe, North America, and Asia.
