Before joining Brooks Macdonald, Andy Robinson served as Global Head of Human Capital at Alantra, where he played a pivotal role in redefining talent strategy and strengthening global HR operations across multiple business lines. His strategic leadership helped build a culture of collaboration and high performance across Alantra’s international offices.
Prior to that, Andy spent over four years at Jupiter Asset Management, where he served as Global Head of HR, driving key HR transformation initiatives and aligning talent programs with business priorities. His leadership ensured a strong alignment between people strategies and Jupiter’s global business vision.
Earlier in his career, Andy held senior HR leadership positions at UniCredit, Henderson Global Investors, and Mizuho International, where he managed HR functions across Europe and Asia, led mergers and restructuring programs, and built robust leadership pipelines. His early career at GSK as a Senior HR Advisor provided him a solid foundation in people development, organizational design, and employee engagement — expertise that has defined his distinguished HR journey.
