Baltimore, Maryland, United States, January 2025 – Synagro, the nation’s largest recycler of organic by-products, has announced the appointment of Angela Dicke as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new role, Angela will lead Synagro’s human resources strategy, focusing on organizational development, employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.
Angela Dicke has been a key contributor to Synagro for over eight years, where she previously served as Vice President of Human Resources. In this capacity, she successfully drove HR initiatives that enhanced the organization’s culture, fostered employee retention, and aligned workforce strategies with business goals. Before this, she held the role of Human Resources Director, where she demonstrated her expertise in strategic HR planning and organizational leadership.
Angela also contributed as the Human Resources Manager for the East and West Regions at Synagro, where she managed diverse teams and developed programs that significantly impacted the company’s operations and culture. Prior to joining Synagro, Angela worked with the State of Maryland as an Office Supervisor for nearly 10 years. In this role, she managed personnel operations, budget forecasting, and compliance, showcasing her ability to handle complex administrative and HR functions effectively.
