Greensboro, North Carolina, United States, March 2025 – Angela Vos has joined Columbia Forest Products as Vice President Human Resources. In this leadership role, she will spearhead enterprise-wide HR initiatives across Columbia’s employee-owned operations in North America, helping to drive organizational effectiveness, cultural alignment, and talent strategies that support the company’s growth and innovation.
Prior to this appointment, Angela Vos served as Director of Human Resources at Morgan Olson for approximately three years, where she led multi-site HR initiatives and worked closely with leadership teams to implement strategic HR programs. Her role focused on aligning HR practices with business objectives, emphasizing talent development, process improvement, and organizational design.

Before joining Morgan Olson, she held the position of HR Manager, People Ops, Business Partner at Hanesbrands Inc., where she spent over a year contributing to leadership development, talent strategy, and HR metrics across the organization.
Earlier, she was Global Human Resources Manager at EEA Companies for about two years, where she helped guide global HR practices, emphasizing cultural transformation and strategic planning in talent development.
Angela’s prior experiences also include HR Program Manager for Graduate Medical Education at Trinity Health for approximately six years, and International Project Manager at Harvard University’s Department of Global Health & Population for four years. She began her professional journey as Director of Client Services & Recruitment at Nextech Professional Services, where she managed recruitment strategy and client engagement for over three years.
