Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — Anita Bhat-Zutshi has joined Wipro Enterprises Pvt Ltd as Group Chief Financial Officer. In her new role, she will oversee the group’s financial strategy and governance across its diversified businesses, bringing extensive global finance leadership experience spanning developed and emerging markets.
Prior to this appointment, Anita spent over three years as Global CFO, Ice Cream Business at Unilever based in the Netherlands. In this role, she partnered closely with the board and global leadership teams to drive business strategy, performance management, and transformation across a complex, multinational portfolio. She also led finance strategy through periods of structural change and evolving market dynamics.
Earlier at Unilever, Anita served as CFO for North Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, navigating one of the company’s most volatile geographies while delivering growth and margin expansion amid geopolitical and macroeconomic disruption. She also held senior global leadership roles including Chief Transformation Value Delivery Officer and Vice President, Global Business Operations – Finance and Procurement, where she led large-scale digital and process transformation programs across seven global centres and a workforce of over 2,500 professionals.
Her career also includes senior finance leadership roles at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where she served as CFO – Home and Personal Care, Vice President – Group Performance Management, and General Manager Finance – Sales and Customer Development, contributing to major portfolio shifts, acquisitions, and performance transformation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held CFO and senior finance roles at AstraZeneca India and worked in private equity–backed environments, building finance functions from the ground up.
With more than three decades of experience across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, and consumer businesses, Anita brings deep expertise in finance strategy, M&A, business transformation, and value creation to Wipro Enterprises.
