Montreal, Quebec, Canada, November 2024 – Ani Ramachandra has joined Morgan Stanley as Vice President People Analytics Advisor Lead, bringing a wealth of expertise in HR analytics and strategic workforce planning. In this role, Ani will spearhead the development of data-driven HR insights, leveraging analytics to drive workforce strategies, optimize HR processes, and enhance decision-making. Ani’s appointment aligns with Morgan Stanley’s commitment to fostering innovation and strategic growth across its global operations.
Ani’s career is marked by a strong focus on HR transformation and analytics leadership. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ani served as Vice President, HR Analytics & Insights at BNP Paribas, where they led the delivery of critical HR analytical insights for North and Latin America. Their work included consulting senior HR and business leaders on impactful change management decisions and designing KPIs to drive HR transformations.
Previously, Ani held the role of People Analytics Manager at Quantum Strategies, where they led the People Analytics function, presenting data visualization insights to senior leadership using tools like Power BI and SQL. Ani also supervised a team of developers and HR specialists, driving the design of a proprietary HRIS system.
Ani’s academic foundation includes a tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, where they collaborated on research projects in HR and organizational behavior, showcasing their commitment to advancing HR research and application. Their earlier career also includes impactful roles at Goldman Sachs, where they served as an HR Data Program Manager, enhancing data-driven HR processes and solutions.
