Faridabad, Haryana, India , December 2025 — Anil Das has joined Global Regulatory Partners, Inc. as Global Human Resources Director, taking on a strategic global HR leadership role for the US-headquartered organization with operations across India, the United States, Japan, China, Brazil, Mexico, and South Korea.
Anil Das has taken on global responsibilities with Global Regulatory Partners, Inc., where he now provides enterprise-wide HR leadership. His mandate includes aligning people strategy with global business needs, building standardized HR governance, and strengthening performance management across multicultural and multi-country operations.
Prior to joining Global Regulatory Partners, Inc., Anil Das was the Founder & Managing Director of HR India Solutions, an HR services organization he led for nearly two decades, supporting growing and mid-sized companies with recruitment, contract staffing, payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR outsourcing.
Earlier, he held senior HR leadership roles across prominent Indian organizations. He served as Country Head – HR at RPG Cellucom Retail India Ltd, and prior to that as Chief Manager – HR at DLF Retail, where he managed HR operations during periods of organizational expansion and retail growth.
A significant phase of his corporate HR career was with Pizza Hut, where he worked as Deputy General Manager – HR, contributing to workforce scaling, employee relations, and HR systems in a high-growth service environment. He also built strong HR operations experience at Overnite Express Limited and LNJ Bhilwara Group, handling core HR, industrial relations, and people operations.
Anil Das began his HR career with the Aditya Birla Group, progressing from Management Trainee to HR Officer, laying a strong foundation in structured HR practices, leadership development, and large-enterprise people management.
Anil Das is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service, where he completed his education in Human Resources, equipping him with a strong academic base in people management and organizational development.
