Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2024 – Waaree Group has appointed Aniruddha Khekale as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In this role, Aniruddha will be responsible for leading the HR function across Waaree’s global operations, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and enhancing the organization’s human capital to support its rapid growth in the solar energy sector.
Before joining Waaree Group, Aniruddha served as Senior Vice President & Head Human Resources at Adani Electricity for over a year, where he oversaw HR for power generation, transmission, and distribution. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President & Head HR Business Excellence and EHS at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, leading HR for three business verticals and 18 manufacturing units.
Aniruddha spent 11 years at Emerson Automation Solutions as the Group Director – Human Resource, India, where he played a pivotal role in strategic HR leadership, including successful mergers and acquisitions, business and cultural transformations, and leadership development. His earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Danaher – Portescap India, Cummins India Limited, and Varroc Group, where he built a strong foundation in HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational development.
Aniruddha’s extensive experience in HR, combined with his strategic vision and leadership skills, positions him as a valuable asset to Waaree Group as it continues to expand its presence in the global solar energy market.
