Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, September 2024 – Shuchi Tripathi Gupta has been appointed as the Regional Head of Human Resources at IndBank Global Support Services Limited. In her new role, Shuchi will be responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple regions, implementing HR strategies, and supporting the organization’s expansion initiatives.
Before joining IndBank Global Support Services Limited, Shuchi was with TechWise Digital as an Assistant Manager Human Resources for several months. She focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices for the growing organization in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Prior to that, Shuchi worked as a Direct Recruiter at Standard Chartered Bank for nearly a year, where she managed the full recruitment lifecycle, sourced niche talent, and handled APAC recruitment activities. She played a key role in filling critical roles while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
Shuchi also spent over a year as a Staffing Specialist at Goldman Sachs in Bengaluru. During her time there, she managed recruitment operations, focusing on IT recruitment and talent strategy, and worked closely with senior stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business strategies.
Earlier in her career, Shuchi worked at Wipro Limited as a Resourcing and Operations Management Executive for several months. She was instrumental in managing operational activities and contributing to recruitment efforts, working across multiple departments to ensure effective talent acquisition processes.
