Sunnyvale, California, United States, April 2026 – Aimee Einstein has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at EBR Systems, Inc.. In this role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on scaling organizational capability, strengthening culture, and supporting business growth in the medical device and life sciences sector.
Prior to joining EBR Systems, Aimee served as Vice President – People & Culture at SI-BONE, where she led global HR strategy for a publicly listed medtech organization. She partnered closely with the CEO and Board on organizational design, executive compensation, succession planning, and performance enablement, playing a critical role in scaling the business.
Before that, she spent over a decade with Genentech, where she held multiple leadership roles across HR, business operations, and commercial strategy. As Senior Director, Head of Business Operations & Communications, she led early development R&D operations, overseeing areas such as talent development, change management, and strategic communications. She also led learning and development functions, supporting thousands of employees and driving leadership and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Aimee held leadership roles in marketing and strategy with CamelBak and Johnson & Johnson, gaining cross-functional experience across commercial strategy, business operations, and organizational growth.
With more than two decades of experience, she brings a unique blend of HR leadership, commercial strategy, operations, and organizational transformation, positioning her strongly to lead EBR Systems’ evolving people agenda.
Aimee holds an MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
