Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 — Shadhruthi Srinivas has joined Glean to lead go-to-market and G&A recruiting across APAC and EMEA as Talent Acquisition – EMEA & APAC. Her appointment marks an important talent leadership move for the company as it continues to scale its AI-powered enterprise platform across international markets.
Before joining Glean, Shadhruthi Srinivas served as Director Talent Acquisition at MoEngage. Prior to that, she built a long and progressive talent leadership career at Freshworks, where she spent more than seven years across multiple roles. These included Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, Global Corporate Functions, Senior Manager – GTM Talent Acquisition, APMEA, Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Talent Specialist. Across these assignments, she developed extensive experience in global corporate hiring, go-to-market talent acquisition, and scaling talent teams across regions and functions.
Earlier in her journey, she spent more than four years at Flipkart, progressing through the roles of Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Lead TA Partner. This phase of her career added strong experience in high-growth hiring environments and broadened her exposure to large-scale recruitment and business partnering.
Before that, Shadhruthi Srinivas worked as HR Recruiter at Altisource Business Solutions, where she handled talent acquisition for Mortgage Services and Financial Services. Her responsibilities there included lateral hiring, volume hiring, campus recruitment, vendor management, rehire processes, vendor cost management, background verification, internal job postings, and support function hiring across HR, finance, and corporate services. These responsibilities helped build the foundation for her later leadership across talent acquisition in fast-scaling organizations.
Her career reflects strong and steady progression across talent acquisition, go-to-market hiring, global corporate functions recruitment, regional hiring leadership, and talent strategy. With experience spanning Glean, MoEngage, Freshworks, Flipkart, and Altisource Business Solutions, Shadhruthi Srinivas brings a highly relevant and well-rounded recruiting leadership profile to her new role.
