Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Gautam Nundy has started a new position as CEO – Renewable Energy Division at Invista Capital Private Limited. His appointment marks an important leadership move as the company strengthens its presence in renewable energy and sustainability-focused financing. With extensive experience across solar, wind, green energy, infrastructure, and business development, he brings a strong commercial and strategic leadership profile to this new role.
Before joining Invista Capital Private Limited, Gautam Nundy was associated with SSRG Renewables LLP, where he served as MD & CEO. He also worked in a self-employed capacity as Chief Executive Officer, and has been associated with SSRG Net Zero Foundation as Climate Change Specialist. These assignments reflect his growing focus on renewable energy, sustainability, and climate-linked business transformation.
Prior to that, he served as Vice President at Resurgent India Limited, where he worked in financing for India’s renewable energy and sustainability space. Earlier, he was Global CEO – Renewables & Green Energy – Artificial Intelligence in Solar at iPredictCognitive Technologies Pvt Ltd, where he contributed at the intersection of renewable energy, digital transformation, IoT, analytics, and AI-led solar monitoring solutions.
Earlier in his journey, Gautam Nundy held the role of General Manager – Business Development – Wind & Solar at Kshema Power & Infrastructure Company Pvt Limited and served as Head – Business Development – Solar at Fourth Partner Energy. Before that, he spent more than eight years at Enercon GmbH as Head – Business Development & Operations – Wind, where he handled business development, operations, profitability, land acquisition, engineering, legal, vendor management, customer support, and administrative functions. This phase of his career added significant depth to his leadership in wind and solar energy businesses.
A major part of his earlier professional career was built at L&T Power, where he spent over twelve years in business development, strategy formulation, deployment, and product marketing. There, he worked on growth planning, competitive positioning, and product portfolio leadership. Before that, he worked as Sales Engineer at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, focusing on low-voltage switchgear, and began his career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Taj Hotels, where he worked as a maintenance engineer.
His career reflects deep and diverse experience across renewable energy, power, infrastructure, strategy, financing, operations, and green technology. With leadership exposure spanning wind, solar, AI in energy, business development, and sustainability-linked financial ecosystems, Gautam Nundy brings a broad and seasoned perspective to his new role at Invista Capital Private Limited.
