Paris, Île-de-France, France, April 2026 – Ian Rogers has been appointed as Chief Human Agency Officer at Ledger, a pioneering role that reflects the company’s bold vision for the future of AI and human collaboration. Announced by Chairman & CEO Pascal Gauthier, this move marks the formal launch of Ledger’s 2026 AI roadmap, focused on enabling secure, human-governed agentic AI in the financial ecosystem.
In this newly created role, Ian will lead initiatives that bridge artificial intelligence and human oversight, ensuring that as AI systems gain execution capabilities in finance, governance, traceability, and human control remain central to decision-making.
Prior to this appointment, Ian served as Chief Experience Officer & Board Member at Ledger, where he played a key role in shaping customer experience and brand strategy during a period of rapid global expansion.
Before joining Ledger, he spent over nine years with LVMH, including serving as Chief Digital Officer, where he led digital transformation initiatives across one of the world’s largest luxury groups.
He has also held board and advisory roles with organizations such as Dr. Martens – Airwair International Ltd and Lyst, contributing to strategic growth and digital innovation.
Earlier in his career, Ian served as Senior Director, Apple Music at Apple, and as CEO of Beats Music, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of digital music platforms.
He also held leadership roles at Yahoo! and founded or led multiple digital and media ventures, building a reputation as a pioneer in digital innovation at the intersection of technology, media, and culture.
With over two decades of experience, Ian brings a unique blend of digital transformation, product innovation, and strategic leadership, positioning him ideally to lead this next frontier of AI-human integration.
