Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Vee Healthtek has appointed Anish Philip as Chief People Officer, based in Bengaluru. In this role, he will lead the organisation’s overall people strategy, talent agenda, leadership development, and culture transformation, strengthening workforce capabilities to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Anish brings over two decades of deep HR leadership experience across technology, healthcare services, and consulting organisations. Immediately prior to this appointment, he served as Chief People Officer at Movate, where he led enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives and supported business scale and leadership capability building.
Earlier, Anish was Chief Human Resources Officer at Marlabs, driving strategic HR priorities during a period of organisational transformation. A significant part of his career was spent at Mindtree, where he progressed over nearly 14 years from General Manager, People Function to Vice President – People Function. As a member of the senior leadership team, he played a foundational role in building global HR practices, supporting Mindtree’s growth to over USD 500 million in revenue, and establishing the company as an employer of choice through best-in-class people practices.
Beyond corporate leadership, Anish has actively contributed to the HR profession. He served as Honorary President and earlier as Honorary Secretary of the NHRD Bangalore Chapter, strengthening industry-academia collaboration and advancing thought leadership within the HR ecosystem. He began his professional journey as a Consultant with Ernst & Young, specialising in HR advisory areas including compensation & benefits, organisation design, employee surveys, and HR due diligence.
Anish holds a PGDM in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. His blend of strategic HR leadership, institution-building experience, and deep engagement with the HR community positions him well to shape Vee Healthtek’s people and culture agenda.
