In her new role, Eden will be responsible for building scalable people operations, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting organisational growth through strong talent, culture, and HR infrastructure. Her mandate includes enabling change management, coaching leaders, and ensuring people practices evolve alongside Sensi.AI’s expanding global footprint.

Eden brings nearly a decade of progressive experience across people operations, talent acquisition, and HR leadership in fast-growing technology and consumer platforms. Most recently, she spent over five years with Houzz, where she held multiple leadership roles including Director, People Services, Senior People Services Manager, and Senior International People Services Manager. During her tenure, Eden played a pivotal role in scaling global people operations across the United States and Israel, driving operational excellence, employee experience, and people systems in a complex, distributed environment.

Prior to Houzz, Eden served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Hello Heart, where she supported hiring for a high-growth digital health platform focused on improving cardiovascular outcomes through mobile technology. Earlier, she was HR Manager at Coinmama, contributing to HR operations and people practices at a rapidly scaling global fintech startup operating across more than 180 countries.

Eden began her professional journey in recruitment and people-facing roles, including a stint as Recruitment Consultant at APM, Agiv Professional Manpower LTD and earlier experience as a Social Instructor at Shalvata Mental Health Center, which adds a strong human-centered perspective to her leadership approach.

At Sensi.AI, Eden is expected to play a critical role in shaping a people-first culture that supports innovation, empathy, and operational excellence—values that align closely with the company’s mission to transform senior care through advanced technology.
