Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Wipro Enterprises Pvt Ltd has announced the appointment of Anita Bhat-Zutshi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As Wipro Enterprises accelerates its transformational growth across Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering (WIN), Bhat-Zutshi will lead enterprise financial strategy, governance frameworks, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation and long-term value creation.
At Wipro Enterprises, Anita Bhat-Zutshi has assumed charge as Chief Financial Officer, taking responsibility for enterprise financial stewardship, strategic investments, governance excellence and inorganic growth across the group’s FMCG and engineering platforms.
Most recently, at Unilever, she served as Global CFO – Ice Cream Business, leading financial strategy and transformation for an €8-billion global portfolio, shaping value creation, performance management and growth acceleration across developed and emerging markets.
Earlier at Unilever, she was Chief Transformation Value Delivery Officer, driving enterprise-wide digital and business transformation programs, followed by her role as CFO – North Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, where she steered financial performance across one of Unilever’s most complex geographies.
She previously held global leadership roles at Unilever including Vice President – Global Business Operations (Finance & Procurement) and Vice President – Group Performance Management, strengthening enterprise governance, digital finance transformation, zero-based budgeting frameworks and board-level performance architecture.
Earlier in her career, she was CFO – Home and Personal Care Business at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where she led one of Unilever’s largest P&Ls and pioneered cost-excellence and portfolio transformation programs. She also held leadership roles as General Manager – Finance, Sales & Customer Development at HUL, CFO – AstraZeneca India, and M&A Director at HUL, with early career foundations at ACT Fibernet, Unilever (Audit & Treasury leadership) and Apple Industries Limited.
She began her professional journey in the early 1990s through industry training programs at the Reserve Bank of India and Tata Motors, building deep grounding in financial systems and industrial operations.
